Emily I. ★★★★★

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the 3-hour format fit into my busy week, and the science-backed material actually made sense without being overly technical.

Ellie N. ★★★★★

Finally, a course that doesn’t just toss out vague advice – the module on nutrient timing for workouts was exactly what I needed to connect theory to practice. The video quality and downloadable handouts made it easy to follow along during my lunch breaks.

Brian ★★★★★

The breakdown of calories and macros into practical steps was the most useful part, since it’s backed by real science instead of fads. Three hours flew by and I’ve already applied the meal-planning framework to my own clients.
