Finally able to hang it from my doorframe in seconds, and the wider black webbing feels much more secure than my old straps. The adjustment buckles are smooth and hold tight even during plyometric sets.

Hooked this up to a door anchor in my apartment and it's held rock solid through pull-ups and rows. The foot cradles are padded enough that inverted moves don't dig into my ankles. Honestly the sturdiest setup I've used for home training.

The wider webbing really does make a difference — it feels sturdier in my hands during rows and push-ups. I'm no athlete, but the straps are simple to adjust and I can already feel my core working harder than with my old setup.
